Its really tough being the person behind the scene...the operations and maintenance guy. It is already tough for any one to want to operate and maintain any new concept in the first place without any training/experience nor expertise, and here i am trying the best i can to be as receptive as possible to the new idea, and trying to gain as much experience i can through fumbling around... and once something looks bad/wrong.. they start pointing fingers and snapping at me right away asking why this why that. seriously annoyed.
firstly, the stuff that they were asking about.. wasnt even to be maintained by me? if its not even under my purview, what the hell do you expect me to do about it? i did advise the other party to do something... but what rights do i have to force them to do it our way when its not even ours? damn annoying.
all the fluffy idea of blurring boundaries are really fantasic ideas. but when it comes to real accountability, liability and audit.... how to share? =.=
so much angst these days. damn.
